S.P.M. & Partners è Start up innovativa, titolare della versione Italiana della piattaforma web Maticker .com, di origine tedesca, attraverso la quale eroga servizi di Digital Merger & Acquisition. La società nasce con lo scopo di potenziare questo strumento.

Il progetto
Assieme ai propri partner, la Start up innovativa si pone come obiettivo lo sviluppo di un algoritmo di ranking delle imprese che accedono alla piattaforma web. Il sistema di ranking una volta implementato diventerà un vero e proprio sistema di certificazione dell'efficacia e dell'affidabilità dell'impresa; informazioni utilizzabili da tutti i potenziali interlocutori, dagli investitori alle imprese, dai professionisti agli Istituti di Credito.

Le caratterstiche dell'algoritmo
L'algoritmo analizzerà e raccoglierà i dati secondo modelli già ampiamente utilizzati per il controllo di gestione, il balance score card e l'analisi di bilancio. Il ranking di Maticker si pone quindi come un valutazione andamentale della performance di impresa; dati che affiancati alle informazioni relative al merito creditizio fornite da altre Banche Dati (CERVED) consentiranno di produrre una sorta di pre-due diligence utile sia all'impresa che al potenziale partner qualora ìnteressati ad intavolare una negoziazione.

e' un'attività piuttosto inedita in Italia, ma rappresenta la nuova frontiera del servizio di consulenza aziendale che necessariamente dovrà fare uso delle nuove tecnologie. Non solo, attualmente, nella realtà dei fatti il settore non ha grandi percentuali di successo, comportando per tutti gli interlocutori coinvolti intollerabili perdite di tempo e di denaro. Not only that, in reality, the sector does not currently have great success rates, resulting in intolerable losses of time and money for all the interlocutors involved. The future asks for more information, faster and more continuously, but also negotiation must change its rules and move from vis-à-vis negotiations to the network.

S.P.M. & Partners is an innovative Start up, owner of the Italian version of the Maticker .com web platform, of German origin, through which it provides Digital Merger & Acquisition services. The company was created with the aim of enhancing this tool and this purpose has asked to be placed at the Le Village by Crédit Agricole accelerator in Parma (Italy), to facilitate the development of the project.

The project

Together with its partners, the innovative start-up aims to develop a ranking algorithm for companies that access the web platform. Once implemented, the ranking system will become a real certification system of the company's effectiveness and reliability; information that can be used by all potential interlocutors, from investors to businesses, from professionals to credit institutions.

The algorythm

The algorithm will analyze and collect data according to models already widely used for management control, balance score card and budget analysis. The Maticker ranking is therefore a performance evaluation of the company's performance; data which together with the information relating to creditworthiness provided by other Databases (CERVED) will allow to produce a sort of pre-due diligence useful both to the company and to the potential partner if interested in initiating a negotiation

The ranking system advantages

A ranking classification significantly speeds up the time for the scouting & matching of the suitable partner, a phase that can take longer than the negotiation itself, secondarily, but most important, increases the possibility that the project may be financed by a partner.
Finally, the ranking system set on the performance of the company highlights the value of human capital and internal organization, intangible assets that the buyer is unlikely to recognize in the purchase price, although these resources are often decisive in ensuring the company's operations even with the new property.
